Insurance as a Catalyst for Qatar's Vision 2030: The 9th CEOs and Islamic Finance Leaders Seminar

The Center for Leadership and Diplomacy participated in the 9th CEOs and Islamic Finance Leaders Seminar on Insurance as a Catalyst for Qatar National Vision 2030 held in Doha, Qatar on February 4, 2025. The seminar was convened by the Center for Islamic Economics and Finance at Hamad Bin Khalifa University.

The insurance industry is undergoing a major transformation with innovation, regulatory reforms, and digital technology being vital elements in this evolution. The seminar discussed leveraging technology to achieve operational efficiency and synergies, insurance solutions for national development, and regulatory coherence and governance.

The seminar was attended by a group of CEOs of global and local insurance companies, academics at the university, and practitioners.
